We are converting a five bedroom home with two full and one three quarter baths into a four bedroom home, complete with a master suite that includes a large walk in closet and a glamor bath that features a stand-alone tub, separate walk in shower, double vanity and makeup table.  The kitchen will have plenty of custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances.  The home features heated floors in the laundry and the downstairs bathroom, a laundry chute from the hall bath upstairs to the downstairs laundry, cable and internet access in most every room, a security system, a humidifier attached to the HVAC system and a water softener system.  The double car garage has ample space for a workshop.  The back deck overlooks a shaded lot with plenty of mature trees. Now we are completing the updates started by previous owners and making sure every detail is just right.  See the before photos below.
