The Five Point’s property can be considered either six bedrooms or five bedrooms and a study.  It has only one full and one ¾ bath serving the entire house. We plan to take two bedrooms and convert them into a single master suite with a full master bath and walk in closet.  We will move the laundry to a central point in the home.  Upstairs is where we will create two large bedrooms, a full bath and have a den and an office as well.  Finally, we will turn the big laundry in back into a usable sunroom, perfect for relaxing or enjoying grilling on the patio.

The home features the old time charm but will have the latest updates and modern features, including an alarm system.  All new plumbing and all new wiring are planned for this one. We are also updating the air conditioning system here as well.  The home has beautiful arches and heart pine floors downstairs.
